A very dear friend was able to be there for it. What a blessing!
Tamara's family was here for a nice visit, too. We went up to see the lighthouse on Mission Point.
We've had a very cool summer, if one could even call it summer. It's been more like the summer that wasn't. Nevertheless, a few things are growing nicely.
The raspberries have done very well this year.
And the green beans are just starting.
It's been very busy, but most of it not blog-worthy. Most of you have already heard my grumbling about it anyway. LOL.

Beautiful flowers! I stop by now and then and see what's happening. Sorry about your cat, but your newest edition is so cute. I tease my mom about seeing her 'back' side on the internet...good pic. Nice to see Pauline again. She's such a great person. She was so faithful writing me during college. We still write about once every few years. Looks like good things are happening at the church. I hope to visit the parents within the month. See you then. Tell Pastor I said hi:)
